Mentorship Circles
Monthly Sessions

Mentorship Circles

Small group mentorship sessions pairing girls ages 8 to 18 with accomplished professional women. Each circle meets monthly to build academic confidence, explore career pathways, and develop the emotional tools girls need to navigate life with purpose. Mentorship Circles have served over 500 girls across Maryland since 2018.

Leadership & Confidence Workshops
Quarterly Program

Leadership & Confidence Workshops

Hands-on workshops that equip girls with public speaking skills, critical thinking, financial literacy, and professional etiquette. Our 2024 Etiquette and Leadership Series introduced girls to workplace readiness, communication, and self-advocacy — skills that last a lifetime.

Mother-Daughter Engagement Events
Bi-Annual Events

Mother-Daughter Engagement Events

Signature events that bring mothers, daughters, and guardians together for meaningful conversation and shared experience. These gatherings address generational gaps, strengthen family bonds, and give mothers practical tools to guide their daughters through adolescence and into adulthood.

Ongoing Campaign

#EndPeriodPoverty Initiative

One in five girls misses school due to lack of access to menstrual products. Our Period Poverty Initiative provides free sanitary supplies and reproductive health education to girls in underserved communities across the United States, Imo State Nigeria, and Tanzania — because dignity should never be a luxury.

Year-Round

Community Service Projects

Mentees and mentors serve side by side — from back-to-school supply drives and food pantry support to community clean-ups and hospital visits. We teach every girl that leadership is not a title. It is a way of life lived in service to others.

Nigeria & Tanzania

International Outreach — Africa

Through our International Outreach Program, Moms & Me extends its mission to Imo State, Owerri Nigeria and Mwanza, Tanzania — regions where girls face significant barriers to education, safety, and opportunity. We partner with local organizations to deliver mentorship, school supplies, health resources, and child rights advocacy directly to girls in these communities. This program directly supports the UN Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality.
