Moms and Me Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Reisterstown, Maryland. We empower girls ages 8 to 18 through mentorship, leadership development, and child protection programs across the United States, Nigeria, and Tanzania. Our website is located at https://momsandme.org.

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, and any other details submitted through our signup, mentorship, donation, or testimony forms. We use your information to process mentorship applications and registrations, send program updates and newsletters, process donations through our secure payment provider Stripe, display approved testimonials submitted voluntarily, and improve our website and programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Donations and Payment

All donations are processed securely through Stripe. Moms and Me Inc. does not store your credit card or payment information. Donation receipts are sent to the email address provided at the time of giving. All donations to Moms and Me Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law as we are a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

5. Children's Privacy

Our programs serve girls ages 8 to 18. We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will remove it promptly.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized data about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use the following trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Vercel for website hosting. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
